The government has to start investigating this fraud. So much money could be saved if more people were on the CSIL program, you can hire a live in care giver from overseas for 1200-1600 a month (Look all over the web), you will not even need 3000-4000. Thus the result, more seniors living at home, less hospital visits, and also no more long wait times for care homes.
