SureWork Solutions was established to create awareness for live-in care as a solution to allow seniors to remain in their own homes, with a focus on consistent, compassionate and quality care.

We specialize in providing local full-time caregivers for clients on a live-in or live-out basis, as well as arranging overseas In-Home caregivers through the Federal Government’s In-Home Caregiver Program (Care That Lasts).

We have been providing services to seniors, primarily on Vancouver Island and the Lower mainland of British Columbia for over 10 years, and are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau. We look forward to helping you with your senior care needs.

To avoid the revolving door of caregivers that can be detrimental to general well-being, we specialize in placing one caregiver per client, for personal care, supervision and domestic help.

QUALITY

Our caregivers have years of live-in care work experience,  providing seniors with the help they need to remain independent in their own homes. A lot of our live-in caregivers also have nursing training.

CONSISTENCY

We specialize in placing one worker per client, on a live-in or live-out basis. This way, there is no need to continually re-train new caregivers or explain your likes and dislikes.

AFFORDABILITY

We can offer our immediate in home care service at a very competitive rate. Through the Federal Government’s In Home Caregiver Program (Care That Lasts),we can offer the in home service at a median wage rate.

We help with domestic duties such as cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, general supervision and companionship, as well as personal care: dressing, bathing, medication reminders, lifts and transfers, at rates that will allow you to view this a long-term solution. You CAN remain independent in your own home.

Caregivers

Our caregivers range from medically trained nurses, to caregivers that are more focused on delivering domestic care services and everything in between. We can offer a caregiver with the right background and experience to suit your specific needs. Let us know your needs and preferences and we will find you the right caregiver. We also have male caregivers for jobs that may require more strength.

All of our international caregivers:

• Speak fluent English
• Are medically screened and criminal record checked
• Have minimum 1 year experience in private homes or care homes
• Have nurse training or specific live-in caregiver training
• Are personable and ready to become a trusted part of your family or care team
